Literature Text

He stands in the dark forest
His glittering eyes turned upward
To gaze at the mournful moon
His bare feet are hidden in the lush grass

He watches the sky, cold from the rain that had fallen
The scent of which still clung to his skin
He ponders the meaning of his fortune

What he has lost
What is left
What will come

He questions the things he has done
The things he's seen and who he's become

His shoulders hang with his inner torment
As his eyes search the stars above
It is dark and he stands alone

The forest life around him is silent
The wind whispers across his skin

Perfection had bored him
So he sought something that was imperfect
Something more human than he himself felt
Ok, so this is something that will make more sense later but I hope y'all like it nonetheless. ^-^
